Fewer than 15 Federal Government ministries, departments, and agencies (MDAs), including the Presidency, and their associated agencies have allocated a staggering N8,997,097,623 billion to welfare packages out of the over N46 billion earmarked for vague “miscellaneous” expenses across the board in the 2024 national budget, investigations by.
