The All Progressives Congress (APC) yesterday, described as unenforceable, a Kano State High Court ex parte order affirming the purported suspension of its National Chairman, Abdullahi Ganduje, by some members of his ward leadership. The ruling party, through its National Working Committee (NWC), boasted that it would not obey the order because it was obtained with a “fraudulent document.” It consequently dragged Justice Usman Na’Abba to the National Judicial Council (NJC) and the Chief Justice of Nigeria(CJN) Olukayode Ariwola for granting the order. Ganduje, who was seen in a viral video that surfaced yesterday after the order was issued, boasted that he remained “unshakeable.” He claimed that his suspension by nine officials of Gaduje Ward in Dawakin-Tofa Local Government Area and the ongoing attacks on his person by the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) were designed to scuttle President Bola Tinubu’s second term. It consequently dragged Justice Usman Na’Abba to the National Judicial Council (NJC) and the Chief Justice of Nigeria(CJN) Olukayode Ariwola for granting the order.
